The upper deck offers guests a variety of amenities. Two opposing U-shaped lounge/dining areas are perfect for entertaining. At the front of the deck, there's a comfortable seating area and the upper helm for the best views, while the bar and grill have been moved to the rear. A spacious sunbathing area offers undisturbed space for leisure and activities and is equipped with two free-standing sunbeds. This flexible layout allows guests to relax during the day and entertain in the evenings.
The main deck of our Galeon 560 Fly "Emotion" features the popular Beach Mode, which extends the cockpit area and creates a seamless open connection to the saloon. Here you can enjoy refreshing drinks at the port and starboard bars. The cockpit can be extended to an impressive 6.82 metres by folding down the port and starboard sides. The bow area is divided into a sunbed and a practical bench seat with backrest, ideal for an exciting ride ahead. The large, lowerable bathing platform allows for easy launching of the tender and convenient swimming without a ladder. The spacious saloon houses a fully equipped galley, while the entertainment and dining areas have been moved forward.
Below deck guests have 3 cabins and 2 bathrooms with a total of 6 berths. The 3rd guest cabin to starboard has 2 single beds. All cabins have oversized windows and the VIP cabin also has natural light in the ceiling.

A security deposit of €3,000 in cash or by credit card is required when taking possession of the yacht. This will be refunded if the client has not caused any damage.
The charter fee agreed between PCB and the client always includes all costs such as VAT, skipper and hostess, as well as mooring fees in the home port of Rovinj. All other costs such as catering, fuel for the yacht and mooring fees in other ports are the responsibility of the charterer. The fuel tank is full when the yacht is taken over and will be refilled on the last day at the expense of the client.
If for any reason the Charterer is unable to take over the yacht, he may, with the written consent of the Charteree, find a person to take over his rights and obligations.
If the Charterer does not find another person to take over the yacht, the Charteree shall retain the following amounts:
30 % of the total charter fee as a cancellation fee from the date of booking.
50 % of the total charter fee if the client cancels up to 4 weeks before the start of the charter.
100 % of the total charter fee if the client cancels up to 2 weeks before the charter date.

Our staff constantly check all aspects of the yacht. The yacht is fully insured. If, during the charter period and on return, the crew finds that damage to the yacht has been caused by the client, the client agrees to pay the repair costs up to the amount of the deposit. In the event of gross negligence or unreported damage to the yacht, the client shall bear all costs. The personal belongings of the crew are not insured, and self-insurance is recommended. Hidden defects in the yacht or its equipment which are discovered by the YCO or the client after the handover of the yacht and which were previously unknown, do not entitle the client to a reduction in the charter price. If for any reason it is not possible to continue the trip, or if a delay is unavoidable, the YCO will take appropriate action.
The YCO takes full responsibility for the yacht and passengers on board and is responsible for safe navigation in all weather conditions. All nautical plans and objectives will be agreed between the client and the yacht master, taking into account all suggestions and wishes of the client, weather conditions permitting. If the Charteree is unable to provide the yacht booked, he may provide another yacht of at least equal or better quality. If no suitable replacement can be offered within 24 hours, the client may cancel the contract and will be entitled to a full refund. No compensation will be paid.
At the start of the check-in, our yacht master will check the condition of the yacht together with the client according to the checklist previously signed by both parties.
The charter company will only accept written complaints signed by the client and the yacht master.
